Tiffany Smith
launched Premier Etiquette as a result of
her experience in corporate America. Throughout her
business career, Ms. Smith had become
accustomed to living the typical
fast-paced lifestyle of a corporate American
professional. One afternoon after an unprofessional
business meeting, Tiffany was motivated to change
her career
direction and focus. She realized it was time to capitalize on her natural born gifts of leadership,
motivation and teaching. She chose to make a
difference in the world by helping others achieve greatness through the
knowledge
of business and social etiquette. Tiffany realized
her calling and started her own company, Premier
Etiquette.
Tiffany
noticed while participating in business and
social engagements a common thread of disenchanted
blunders. She became increasingly aware of how
people interacted with others and how
some individuals demonstrated respect and courtesy
while others did not. Observations of unprofessional
dress, poor verbal and nonverbal skills were
popping up everywhere she turned. It became
ostensibly apparent what her parents and
grandparents taught her about etiquette was serious
business. Adhering to common sense etiquette
would be key to gaining respect, building
relationships and making others feel important.
Today, Tiffany
Smith feels a missionary zeal to help people achieve
their goals in the area of business and social
etiquette. Her primary objective is to advance
the concept of “etiquette excellence” in the social
and business arena.
Premier Etiquette
offers interactive training workshops, speaking and
coaching opportunities customized to meet the
needs of businesses, groups, associations, families,
teens and
individuals. Their etiquette materials are
time-tested, contemporary and produce positive

Tiffany Smith is
an expert in American etiquette, trained by the
Emily Post Institute and is
certified by the American Business Etiquette
Trainers Association. She holds a Bachelor of
Science Degree from California
Polytechnic State University and is a graduate of
the Dale Carnegie Effective Communication and Human
Relations program.
